Mount Holyoke College (MHC) is seeking a dynamic individual with proven success as a coach and recruiter to lead the women's basketball program into the future. The College is committed to rebuilding its basketball program and eager to work with a motivated leader who sees great opportunity in this challenge. Individual must be able to recruit academically qualified and athletically competitive student-athletes and share in the College’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Head Women's Basketball Coach must be a positive, energetic leader who possesses a forward-thinking mentality and vision with the ability to recruit, teach and motivate our student-athletes. MHC is a member of the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference, a very competitive basketball league made up of highly selective academic institutions. The position also includes physical education teaching responsibilities.
