Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required but a master’s degree is preferred. CPR, AED, and First Aid certification and valid driver’s license required upon hire. Clearance to drive College vehicles required. The successful candidate must have collegiate playing experience, leadership skills, role modeling, organizational, and interpersonal skills and have an understanding of NCAA Division III and NEWMAC conference regulations. Experience using Front Rush recruiting software a plus but not required. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail required for the communications responsibilities.
