The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will assist the Head Coach with the organization, administration, coaching and supervision of the women’s basketball program. The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach in recruitment of quality student-athletes. The Assistant Coach will also help carry out all fundraising activities along with running basketball camps. The Assistant Coach will need to maintain good relationships with the community, alumni, and boosters. Additionally, the assistant coach must have a thorough understanding of and accountability to NCAA and WIAC rules and regulation. There will be another athletic department assignment with this position.
2 years basketball coaching experience
Coaching at the collegiate level preferred
Ability to recruit quality student-athletes
Outstanding organizational/computer skills
Fundraising at the collegiate level
