Full-time, twelve-month, faculty position. This position will assist the head coach to direct a competitive program in accordance with the College and NJCAA rules and procedures. The assistant coach will also assist with all aspects of the women’s basketball program to include but not limited to daily practice planning and preparation, budget administration, recruitment and retention, summer camps, and monitoring academic progress. This position will have classroom instruction responsibilities.
Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in an academic discipline as offered by the college is required. Valid driver's license is required. In addition, a minimum of two years of coaching and recruiting experience is required.
