The Head Women’s Basketball Coach is a full-time professional/non-faculty position responsible for supervising all aspects of the women’s basketball program in accordance with NJCAA and College rules. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling team competition and travel, conducting practices, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, fund raising, teaching and maintaining good public relations with the community.
