This is a full time 11 month position and the head coach will be responsible for the development, coaching, organization, and management of the women’s basketball team.
Duties will include recruiting, game management, budget, equipment management, promotional activities, fund-raising, player eligibility, NCAA Division III rules compliance, game day supervision, and special event supervision.
This position will also serve as a liaison with admissions and help support all coaches with recruiting efforts. This will include providing information on the college to prospective student-athletes, meeting with prospective student-athletes and family members, and helping develop programs to maximize recruiting efforts in conjunction with the assistant director of athletics and other members of the athletic department. Flexible work schedule, includes nights and weekends. Work obligation will be from 8/1 to 6/30.

Previous successful coaching experience at the high school or college level, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, recruiting experience, and knowledge of the NCAA Division III rules and regulations. Valid driver's license required.
