Essential duties include teach & develop sport specific skills & coaching strategies; assist in the success of team performance in athletics & academics; enforce team, departmental, institutional & conference regulations & rules; recruitment of quality student athletes; assist in monitoring of academic progress, eligibility & graduation of student athletes; exhibit impeccable ethical & moral character; other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics.

As Head Coach, develop team and individual goals; conduct and administer a program within goals and objectives of the Athletics Department for all student athletes and sport programs. Must possess at the time of hire and maintain a valid Texas driver license and an acceptable driving record.

Bachelor’s Degree; previous coaching experience, preferably at a college level; knowledge and commitment to NCAA Division III rules. Two years coaching experience. Commitment to NCAA
Division III rules.

Preferred: Master’s Degree and three to five years Head Coaching experience.
