adhering to conference, NCAA, Title IX, Department of Athletics and University rules and regulations;

coordinating the recruitment of academically and athletically qualified prospective student-athletes to maintain the roster range;

assisting in the management of the operating budget and agency account;

assisting in the development of the contest schedule;

assisting in the monitoring of the student-athletes’ academic performance;

assisting in the coordination of team travel and meals;

assisting in the coordination of team transportation needs with the appropriate Department of Athletics staff;

assisting in the purchase, distribution, collection and inventory of team uniforms, equipment and supplies;

assisting in the coordination of team fundraising;

accepting and fulfilling other duties as assigned.

The Coordinator of Recreational Activities & Camps is responsible for but not limited to:

adhering to conference, NCAA, Title IX, Department of Athletics and University rules and regulations;

supervising the head dance coach and all aspects of the club dance program;

managing the club sports operating budget;

managing the intramural/recreation operating budget;

updating, educating staff, and overseeing the compliance of the Department of Athletics camp manual;

developing, coordinating and growing the Department of Athletics camps and intramural/recreational programming;

recording participation in the Department of Athletics camps and intramural/recreation programs;

training, managing, and scheduling student-workers for intramural/recreational programing;

serving as the liaison to the Office of Student Involvement and the surrounding communities for camps/clinics;

accepting and fulfilling other duties as assigned
