The position’s responsibilities include leadership in all phases of a competitive program in accordance with University of South Alabama, Sun Belt Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Duties include but are not limited to: recruiting and talent evaluation, practice organization, game preparation, monitoring student-athlete conditioning and academic progress, supervising coaching and support staff, creation and management of the program’s budget, oversight of facility preparation for practices, and active involvement in development activities. Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Required qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama and three years of coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
