Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Head Men’s Basketball Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. This coach will be responsible for directing a highly competitive NCAA D-III Men’s Basketball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. As the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, the successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of strong leadership in managing a competitive college Men’s Basketball program: coaching, providing leadership for assistant coaches, scouting, recruiting, instructing, strength training & conditioning, arranging travel, managing budgets, tracking equipment and developing alumni contacts. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration. It is also expected that the Head Men’s Basketball Coach embrace the department mission of fostering learning and developing community with a focus on the values of citizenship, competition, resiliency, sportsmanship, and teamwork within Kenyon’s unique campus culture.
