Randolph-Macon College, a selective liberal arts college and NCAA Division III institution is seeking a qualified candidate to apply for a 12-month Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach intern position. The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach and current Assistant Coach in all aspects of running a successful program.
Responsibilities: This intern position will work to develop the mind and character of the student-athlete. Primary responsibility is to coach/teach student-athletes in-game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. Student-athletes receive academic credit for participation in the varsity athletic program. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college or university level required; previous coaching experience preferred.
