Primary duties include on-court coaching and training and recruiting elite student-athletes. The assistant coach will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division II women's basketball program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice and game scheduling, and the administration of team budgets; promoting/working NSU summer camps; developing and maintaining effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, media, and the community; knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, NSIC and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student-athletes; performing other duties as assigned. Preferred candidate will have experience with video editing, game analysis, graphic design, and creating/managing new technology (e.g., social media, video highlights).

Bachelor's degree in related field.  Experience with video editing, game analysis
