Responsibilities: 1.Provide positive leadership for overall program operations to position LSUS Women’s Basketball for success within the RRAC and nationally. 2.Recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes in compliance with all University, NAIA, and Red River Athletic Conference regulations and policies. 3.Preparing a competitive schedule and coaching team during scheduled practices and competitions. 4.Providing appropriate training, discipline, and coaching for student-athletes that leads to a highly competitive women’s basketball team. 5.Serving as a mentor to student-athletes helping them develop academically, physically, and socially. 6.Monitoring student-athletes in their academic performance to assure timely progress toward degree completion and graduation. 7.Organizing and c
