Job Summary: As an integral member of the Athletic program, the Head Women's Basketball Coach is primarily responsible for coaching and instructing the Women's Basketball team of Spartanburg Methodist College. The Coach will recruit and manage this team in accordance with the rules of the NAIA, the mission and values of Spartanburg Methodist College, and serve as an advisor to the Athletic Director regarding all issues pertaining to the Women's Basketball team. The Coach must execute all of the responsibilities of this position with unfailing integrity, a commitment to excellence, and an emphasis on the academic success and growth of the student-athletes in the program.
