Hartwick College is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the Head Men's Basketball Coach. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading all aspects of the men's basketball program, including recruiting and retaining student-athletes, developing and implementing strategic game plans, fostering a positive team culture, and promoting the academic success and personal growth of student-athletes. Working in the primary capacity of an educator, the head coach enhances the student-athlete experience and strengthens the College’s image and reputation by leading all aspects of the basketball program with integrity.
