The Head Women’s Basketball Coach/Recruitment and Retention Coordinator (Assistant Director 3) has the primary responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program. Reporting to the Vice President of Athletics and Recreation, this position will coordinate the operations, coaching and cultivation of Kean’s Division III team and its student-athletes. This includes, but is not limited to: recruitment and retention of student-athletes; scheduling; fundraising; travel arrangements; budget; and performing related work as assigned.
