Defiance College, an NCAA D-III institution and member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference, located in Northwest Ohio, seeks qualified applicants for a Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The individual will be responsible for the total operation of the women’s basketball program including, but not limited to: recruiting, managing the team, budget management, scheduling, fund raising, equipment control, game/practice management, development of a service learning/engagement project for student-athletes, academic monitoring, mentoring assistant coach, and other duties normally associated with being the head coach of an intercollegiate women’s basketball program or as assigned.
