Head Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). Positions leads the Mountain Lion Women's Basketball program, a member of the NCAA Division II and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC). Job Duties: Coaching -Train varsity women’s basketball teams for intercollegiate competition at a nationally competitive level. -Develop and implement 5 year, annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily plan for practice and development. -Develop and implement game plan. -Maintain and increase knowledge of basketball training and coaching techniques. -Supervise the training, development and placement of staff personnel.
