JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing coaching expertise, leadership, management and administration of all aspects o a competitive NCAA Division II program resulting in a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of two years previous experience in competitive coaching and recruiting required, preferably in an intercollegiate program. Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree preferred Broad-based experience preferred Annual salary commensurate with experience, with excellent benefits, including generous leave time.
