Responsibilities To assist the head coach in the administrative and operation of the women’s basketball program. Duties include (not limited to): teaching and modeling program mission and core values; assisting in all practice sessions, skill instruction and competitive events; team travel; assisting with recruitment of student-athletes; assisting in fundraising and community service; video exchange; scouting; student-athlete academic monitoring; managing equipment needs; summer camp; and general program administration.

Required Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree. •Demonstrated experience working in an inclusive community. •Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and the ability to drive passenger vans. •Commitment to high standards of character as well as a commitment to student-athlete success both academically and athletically.

Preferred Qualifications •Previous collegiate basketball coaching and playing experience. •Knowledge of NCAA rules. •Midwest recruiting ties. •Experience in HS/college player skill development.
