JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the Head Women's Basketball Coach coordinates all aspects of the operation of Niagara University's Division I Women's Basketball program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Supervise and lead all facets of the women's basketball program, including staff, coaches and student-athletes, under the regulations of the university, the NCAA and the MAAC; Provide academic and personal support to student-athletes; Instruct student-athletes in athletics matters; Recruit student-athletes for women's basketball program; Participate in fundraising activities for the benefit of the women's basketball program; Responsible for administrative duties such as maintaining budget, scheduling, hire, lead and supervise personnel under his/her direction; Assist in the promo
